Last updated: 22 January 2026
GoBooking acts as the data controller for the personal data you provide when using our platform. For any data protection inquiries or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@gobooking.gr.
Legal bases
- Contract: to provide and support the GoBooking service.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, monitor, and improve the service, and to prevent misuse.
- Consent: for optional communications or where required for specific processing (e.g., certain cookies).
- Compliance: to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Where applicable under GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time for processing that relies on consent.
Data sharing and transfers
We use service providers to host and monitor the platform, including Google Analytics for aggregate usage metrics. Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where that occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where available.
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Requests
To exercise your rights or ask questions about data protection, email us at support@gobooking.gr. We will respond in line with applicable regulations.
