Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of GoBooking. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to them. If you have questions, contact us at support@gobooking.gr.
Service
GoBooking provides scheduling and booking tools for professionals and their clients. We may update or improve features from time to time.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the platform.
Subscriptions and fees
GoBooking is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and features are described on our site. Subscription charges apply only to paid plans; the Free plan does not incur a subscription fee. We do not take fees per booking — payments for bookings are handled between customers and businesses through the payment methods a business chooses to enable. You are responsible for paying applicable taxes and charges.
GoBooking's revenue is generated from businesses who subscribe to paid plans. We do not request or receive payments from customers for business services. Business subscription fees are the only direct payments collected by GoBooking for use of the platform.
Businesses will receive a reminder before any automatic monthly renewal of a paid subscription. We will not charge renewal fees without processing the business's subscription payment through the selected payment provider. This reminder does not represent an additional charge.
If an automatic renewal payment fails on the scheduled renewal date, GoBooking will make up to three additional attempts to collect payment (one attempt per day). If all attempts fail, we reserve the right to automatically disable the business's public booking page and prevent the business from accepting new bookings until the outstanding subscription payment is resolved. We will notify the business at the registered email address before disabling and after any change in status. Reactivation will occur after successful payment of the overdue subscription fees.
Subscription refunds
Subscription payments collected by GoBooking for business paid plans are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly state otherwise. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion; to request a review, contact support@gobooking.gr. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
No hidden fees.
GoBooking does not impose hidden fees. All platform charges are shown in your account and on the pricing pages. If you receive a request for payment that appears to come from GoBooking but is not visible in your account or was not processed through our documented billing channels, do not pay and contact support immediately at support@gobooking.gr.
Businesses and bookings
Businesses listed on the platform manage their own availability and bookings. A business may cancel a booking or choose not to accept a booking request for legitimate reasons (for example, scheduling conflicts or suspected abuse). When a business cancels or refuses a booking, they are responsible for communicating with the customer and handling any payment or refund according to their own terms and the payment processor they have chosen.
Payments and requests for payment: Customers should only pay the business or the payment processor agreed with the business. GoBooking does not provide a payment collection service for business–customer transactions. GoBooking will never ask customers to send payments directly to GoBooking for business services. If you are asked to send funds to an account claiming to be GoBooking, do not transfer money and contact support immediately at support@gobooking.gr.
Important: customers pay businesses directly. How a business accepts payment (for example, in-person cash or card payments, bank transfer, or via a payment link) is determined by the business and is outside of GoBooking's control. GoBooking does not facilitate or manage these payment arrangements, and we are not responsible for any losses or disputes arising from payments made directly between customers and businesses.
Scam warning: If a business requests payment outside the method you expected or the booking flow, exercise caution. GoBooking is not responsible for business-initiated fraudulent requests. If you believe you have been asked to pay fraudulently in the name of GoBooking, contact support immediately at support@gobooking.gr.
Permanent removal for confirmed scams
If GoBooking receives reports that a business has engaged in fraud, scams, or other criminal conduct, we will investigate the matter. Where an investigation confirms that a business engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, GoBooking reserves the right to permanently remove the business's account and listings from the platform and terminate access. Businesses may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is pending. In cases of proven misconduct, GoBooking may share information with law enforcement and take other appropriate actions. Customers may report suspected fraud to support@gobooking.gr and may request updates on investigations; appeals or disputes will be handled according to our support procedures.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity on the platform.
- No interference with or disruption of the service.
- No unauthorized access to other users' data or systems.
Intellectual property
GoBooking owns the platform and its content, except for content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use your submitted content to operate the service.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We will try to provide notice when practicable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GoBooking's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
